The    average foreclosure sales price  was $115,676 compared to an average    sales price of $164,456, a $48,820  savings. <span>1 in every 390 </span>housing    units received a  foreclosure filing in Sept 2010.</p>

<p>Home price appreciation remained was 0.0% in Sept and the number     of new foreclosures totaled  294.</p>

The   average foreclosure sales price  was $140,117 compared to an average   sales price of $183,712, a $43,596  savings. <span>1 in every 732 </span>housing   units received a  foreclosure filing in March 2010.</p>
